Hi, I’m Josh Allen,
a father, cyclist, community volunteer, and lover of nature.
Husband & Father – Married for over 10 years and father to two beautiful & smart girls (Eliza & Madelyn).
Career & Education – Josh has a Masters in Theology and for many years work as a local pastor in Denver, CO ,while also managing a Denver based construction company. His passion for building performance and science led him to start his own inspection company. After moving back to Arkansas he worked for the City of Fayetteville as a Commercial and Residential Building Inspector. In 2021 he started ESPY Inspections. He is certified in International Building Code and licensed by the state of Arkansas Home Inspection Board.

Community Development – Josh is a cycling advocate and Race Director w/ NWA All Cross events. He is currently working with the city of Rogers in trial advocacy and bike infrastructure. Josh is the Secretary of Rogers Board of Adjustments.
